8. Refund Policy

Tinker Playground LLC offers refunds in accordance with Paddle's consumer protection policies.

If you purchase a premium subscription or any paid Service, you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction, provided you have not accessed or begun using any premium digital content during that period.

• Your right to cancel does not apply once you have accessed or used any premium content.
• Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated at Paddle's sole discretion and may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse.

This policy does not affect your rights in relation to defective or misrepresented products.
